Elsie Beanie crochet pattern
This crocheted beanie has a lovely drape to it created by modified linked half treble stitches - if it's a technique for you, this is the perfect small project to give it a try!
It's a 2 in 1 pattern with crochet instructions for both DK weight yarn AND 4ply weight yarn are included in the pdf, which will you choose?
The pattern is a simple 4 row repeat which will soon become very rhythmic and mindful.
It’s an INTERMEDIATE level pattern, written in UK terms.
There are 4 sizes available - child, teen, adult-M, adult-L and it’s a very adaptable hat pattern, easy to create the exact fit you would like.
This design has been tested and tech edited, giving you the reassurance to go ahead and crochet a beautiful hat.
Materials needed for the DK version:
2{2,3,3} 50g balls of Bellissimo Lucca (120m/ 50g, 53% merino/ 47% cotton, DK weight)
4.5mm crochet hook
natural grey coloured faux fur pompom
Materials needed for the 4ply version:
1{1,2,2} 100g skeins of Cascade Heritage solids sock yarn (400m/ 100g, 75% superwash merino/ 25% nylon, 4ply weight)
3.5mm crochet hook
burgundy coloured faux fur pompom

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Returns
I hope you will be happy with your Marta Mitchell Designs product. However, if you're not completely satisfied I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
